Daniel L. Fox
Daniel Fox is an associate at Herssein & Herssein, P.A. Daniel received his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, Daniel gained experience clerking for a year and a half at a civil litigation firm, as well as a Certified Legal Internship at the Bennett Brummer Public Defender’s Office. Daniel grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, before moving to Austin, Texas to attend the University of Texas. Daniel graduated from UT with a Bachelor of Sciences in Communication Studies and a Certificate of Business Foundations.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and is a member of the Florida Bar Association. Daniel is also admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts. In his free time, he enjoys seeing any type of live music, reading, Texas Football, playing video games and spending time with his dog Wilson, family and friends.
