David Hwalek
David Hwalek graduated from the University of Miami's School of Law, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002. Since 2002, although he has practiced civil litigation in a variety of areas, his litigation practice has been mainly devoted to defending various insurance companies, including providing his services to the insurer's SIU departments. David Hwalek has successfully brought to final resolution an extensive number of claims throughout his career via trial and Motions for Summary Judgment/Motions to Dismiss, many of which have been published in the Florida Law Weekly Supplement.
