Daniel E. Faltas has been an associate at Herssein Law Group since June, 2013.  Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2011.  In law school, Daniel was Editor in Chief of Rutgers Race & the Law Review, and an intern at both the Office of the Federal Public Defender in New Jersey and the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey.  During law school, Daniel also participated in the Urban Legal Clinic, wherein he successfully represented indigent defendants in various misdemeanor cases.  Before joining the Herssein Law Group, Daniel was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida, prosecuting domestic violence crimes, as well as juvenile offenders.

Prior to law school, Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English from Rutgers University.

Daniel is admitted to practice in both Florida and New Jersey.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys physical fitness and writing fiction.
