From our extensive past experience in insurance defense litigation, we learned about the cost inefficiencies of big law firms and the practice limitations faced by many small ones. We were sure there was a better way to meet client needs, where high quality legal services could be provided in a cost-effective way. The Law Offices of Herssein & Herssein, PA was formed to bring our conception into reality.
Here at Herssein & Herssein, we have made significant investments in equipment and technology infrastructure, with a continuing commitment to remain on the cutting edge of office technologies. High speed networks, laptop computers, and external, secure remote access allow us to be available to clientele 24/7. Strict protocols are in place for data protection.
Staffing includes the firm commitment to diversity: many of Herssein & Herssein's personnel are female and/or minority employees. Moreover, several staff members are bilingual (English/Spanish), which we find to be especially important to serving clients in the South Florida area.
In Herssein & Herssein, we foresaw that a law firm could build relationships with its clientele where their contributions were respected and appreciated, as part of an ongoing team effort. We envisioned a law firm where litigation was not seen as the only option: each controversy has optional resolutions to be explored.
Fees are always structured with client concerns in mind. At Herssein & Herssein, flat fees and tiered fees are available to corporate clients, in addition to the traditional hourly arrangement. Contingent fee arrangements are available to individual clients in personal injury matters, in most instances.
Corporate Clients
In order to actively share our knowledge of insurance law and coverage with our company clients, we offer seminars and workshops, and we provide individual assistance with drafting policy language and claims-handling materials. Furthermore, Herssein & Herssein offers monthly in-person meetings to all insurance clients, both to inform as well as to provide a forum for any insights and questions concerning litigation strategies, generally as well as case-specific.
Individual Clients
For our clients who are pursuing personal injury claims, we recognize the importance of individualized attention. In these cases, serious injuries have detrimentally impacted not only the victim, but the victim's family.
